metal roofingMetal Roofing: We offer both 26 & 29 painted and galvalume panels for residential and commerical applications. We also carry all accessories including screws and trim.

Metal Lath:

  • metal lathDiamond Mesh Lath - Manufactured from prime quality steel sheets that are slit and expanded to form small diamond shaped openings (over 10,000 per square yard). This large number of openings provides more plaster keys than any other type of lathing material. This allows for better stucco bonding in either pumped or troweled applications. Each sheet has square ends and smooth parallel edges for fast, easy handling and installation; and can be readily bent for curved surfaces.
metal studs

Metal Studs: Drywall metal studs are available in 25 Gauge & 20 Gauge. Studs are available in a variety of web sizes and can be ordered in stock and custom lengths. Metal studs are twisted into the top and bottom track and either friction fit, crimped or screw attached at 12", 16" or 24" on center spacing.

In contrast to wood studs, metal studs will not warp, twist or bow resulting in straighter walls free from cracks and nail pops.

Metal studs are impervious to insects, mold and rot. They are noncombustible and will not add fuel to a fire.

Available sizes: 1-5/8", 2-1/2",3-5/8", 4", and 6"

metal track

Metal Track: Track are available in 25 Gauge & 20 Gauge. Track or runner is manufactured from corrosion resistant, galvanized steel for corresponding stud sizes and gauges. The inside width of the track or web is equivalent to the outside width of the studs. Varying leg heights are available for deflection conditions or to accommodate uneven or inconsistent floor or ceiling conditions. Standard lengths are 10’.

■ Available Sizes: 1-5/8”, 2-1/2”, 3-5/8”, 4”, and 6”

furring channel

Metal Furring Channel: Furring channel is a hat-shaped, corrosion-resistant framing component used to furr out masonry walls and ceiling assemblies. In concrete wall applications, furring channel is installed vertically to the wall surface using concrete nails or power-driven fasteners. Gypsum panels are then screw-attached to the furring channels. In ceiling applications, furring channels can be attached directly to the underside of the building structure using tie wire, screws or power-driven fasteners. Heavier gauge furring enables greater spans and loading capacity. 18- or 16- gauge furring is commonly used for purlins in exterior applications.

■ Available in 7/8” and 1-1/2” depths and 25, 20, 18 and 16 gauge
■ Standard lengths are 10’ and 12’.
